The project features large connecting rooms for entertaining paired with compact bedrooms and private spaces for moments of respite. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a center courtyard—a feature reminiscent of the owner’s childhood home—blend indoors and out. Built to age in place, this house is extensively remodeled to meet Net Zero performance goals. A separate barn serves multiple functions as a workshop, poetry studio, and poolhouse.
