Originally built in 1898, the once two buildings have had little updates over the years and are in need of a full seismic retrofit and building systems overhaul. The building’s historic use as a warehouse and manufacturing building poorly positions the building to meet present day neighborhood needs including multifamily housing. The 26 apartment units will occupy the top two floors while the ground level will be a mix of micro-retail and restaurant spaces.
