The ground floor and first floor will be a split-level towering timber structure that houses the hotel restaurant, bar, and coffee shop in an open concept plan with a range of seating and dining options. The intention is to create a relaxed environment where food and drinks can be served anywhere in the dining or informal seating areas—ideal for people working remotely, casual meetings and local diners. The rooftop will have additional hotel amenities including rentable meeting space and a rooftop bar with Pioneer Square and city views.

The well appointed and compact hotel rooms will pair well with sprawling shared spaces intended for active urban explorers. Guests will also benefit from the central location near the regional transit hub in the heart of Seattle’s historic and arts district.
